Sheron's Story

In my mid-thirties and early forties, I had annoyingly bad adult acne, pain in my back, knees and hips, and was overweight, inactive and pre-diabetic. Visualizing my older self, the picture looked hopelessly painful but I decided my life was not going down like that, so I made a commitment to myself to become more aware of how I was treating my body and what I was putting in it.

Through a patient journey with food and yoga, the acne went away, the pain and ailments in my body were relieved, and I felt more empowered because despite my negative self-talk, I moved past it to become more of who I envisioned myself to be. 


Now as your health coach, I want to help you transform your health and well-being to become more of who you know you can be and experience joy in all aspects of your life. I want to inspire your bliss.
