“I can’t get myself into those poses I see in the magazines!”

Good news…you don’t have to. Yoga is about improving your well-being and this beginners class emphasizes foundational alignment principles to improve the feeling of those tight, stress-holding muscles in your body. You’ll learn modifications to make the poses accessible and you will be encouraged to honor your body and go to your edge…without judgements!

“I have too much going on in my life right now for that.”
If you’re too busy, then you need yoga. Being busy is a sign of stress and it leads to inflammation, diabetes, heart diseases, obesity and hypertension. Yoga is a gentle way to reduce stress, calm your mind, and help you to “go with the flow” of life.

“I have never tried yoga because it seems too intimidating.”
Don’t worry. It’s not a pose competition. Instead, it’s a friendly environment where you learn how to be better for yourself. This class focuses on teaching you how to access the poses to the best of YOUR ability.
